Lets make John Blutarsky proud! Its our summer party and we are making it a Toga Party! So find those old Transformer bedsheets or borrow one of your kid’s Spong Bob sets and wear them proudly for the run! We’ll be rocking it out on the patio for both the pre and post run activities including music by DJ Marathon. And yes, we will have a metric buttload of giveaways as well!
But we are going to make this Toga Party truely unforgetable as we will be showing off our best modeling skills for Fox 26 as they will be at the run and having us film one of their intros! Don’t miss out!
And after we have our fun with the Toga Party we are going to have some extra fun with our very own Glow Run provided by Negative Split on August 6th. Get ready to be glowtastic!

New Wearable Technology With Discounts for Flying Irish!
We were able to get the hookup with Life-Beam that is making some wearable electronics that you may be interested in. Not only will their hats keep you cool but you won’t have to worry about wearing a heart rate monitor strap again. That’s right it can measure you heart rate while you wear it and also keep track of your cadence and send it all to your phone or GPS watch. Its some pretty nifty stuff. Using the code: flyingirish will get you free shipping and 10% off. Check them out at: https://life-beam.com
Volunteers Needed
We started up our volunteer program last year so that the Flying Irish can help serve the Spokane athletic community that has given back to us in so many ways. There are a few events that are coming up that need volunteers and also events that we will have a presence at that will also need volunteers. The following list of dates are ones that we have coming up. If you are interested in volunteering please email Cassie, our Volunteer Coordinator, with your details at volunteercoordinator@flyingirish.org
