And yet another 100 degree run! That makes 4 for this season! And we’ve never had more than 2 in a season prior. Its been one hot summer! But it looks like we will have some cool weather for this week’s run. Minus all the smoke in the air!!

Congrats to all the teams that did the Spokane to Sanpdoint Relay this last weekend. I saw a metric buttload of Flying Irish partaking in the event. It was definitely great to see so many of you out there, minus when I was trying to get the only hour of sleep over the course of the weekend I could in my car at 6am on Saturday morning and having a few of you knock on my window to wake me up. Thanks for that!

We are back at our usual stomping grounds for this week’s run. That means the water will be free and plentiful. Imagine that!
