Last week’s run was Glowtastic. We lit up the night and of course threw it down! And speaking of which… the Spokane Swifts and Run Wenatchee running clubs have thrown it down on us for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge! WE ARE TAKING ON THAT CHALLENGE!! Now, we usually stay out of fundraising shindigs but on this occasion we decided to help out but not just for ALS but for all diseases that limit people of running and enjoying their lives. So if you care to join in on the Ice Bucket Challenge this Thursday at the run its a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bucket) run, we’ll supply the water etc, and all we ask that you consider donating to help find a cure for ALS or any other disease that sucks. That simple!! And yes, our nominations are going to be rather epic cause thats just how we do it!! IT’S TIME FOR ALL DISEASES THAT SUCK TO KICK THE BUCKET!!

We love seeing photos of our members. We love seeing photos of our members wearing their Flying Irish shirts even more! Why not encourage that even more and also give our members a chance to win something as well? To that we created the Flying Irish Running Club Photo Contest!
